2025 LIF Ambassador Program
MISSION
The 2025 LIF Ambassador Program empowers college students to represent Latinos in Finance (LIF) on their campuses by promoting financial education, building community, and encouraging Latino students to pursue careers in finance. Ambassadors play a vital role in advancing our mission to empower the Latinx community through education, connectivity, career advancement, and service. By fostering future leaders and creating inclusive pathways into the industry, the program supports our vision of closing the leadership representation gap for Latinos in Fortune 500 companies.

SAN FRANCISCO STATE UNIVERSITY
Raised in a low-income, single-parent household in Hayward, California, sparked my early understanding of financial hardship and the importance of economic empowerment. Today, as a first-generation college student, advocating for LIF to equip students with tools for success in finance and leadership has deepened my commitment to resilience, community, and creating opportunities for others.
Franklin and Marshall College
I am a rising senior at Franklin and Marshall College, where I am double majoring in business and economics. As a Latina in finance with a growing interest in asset management and mergers and acquisitions, I became a Latinos in Finance ambassador to help connect and encourage other Latino students to opportunities in the financial industry. I am motivated to use this opportunity to raise awareness and help build a supportive network that increases our representation in finance.

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Noah is a proud Mexican-American and Morehead-Cain Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he studies Business and Psychology. Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Noah grew up immersed in the warmth and resilience of the Mexican community through his family’s neighborhood restaurant. From a young age, he worked alongside his Abuelo and Tio, who taught him the value of hard work, hospitality, and leading with heart. Those early experiences shaped his understanding of people, leadership, and service. Now, Noah channels those lessons into his academic and professional journey, seeking to bridge his background with bold aspirations in finance, consulting, and national security. He has represented student voices on citywide panels, traveled to conflict zones to deepen his global perspective, and continues to pursue opportunities that combine strategy, impact, and community.
