Noni Allwood is a managing partner of Innovo21, a consulting firm dedicated to innovative solutions to talent and inclusion challenges faced by companies today. Ms. Allwood is also a senior advisor to the Center for Talent Innovation and its consulting arm, Hewlett Consulting Partners. She brings over 20 years of experience as a corporate executive and consultant specializing in optimization strategies for diverse talent and strategic business operations. She is co-author of CTI’s Cracking The Code – Executive Presence For Multicultural Employees and is currently leading research focusing on Latinos in the USA. Her previous experience includes extensive business operation roles as well as leading Cisco’s global diversity and inclusion and as a senior leader in Cisco’s partnership with the Clinton Global Initiative. Ms. Allwood has lived in Latin America and Europe and is fluent in Spanish. She has a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Centroamericana in El Salvador and is an alumnus of the Stanford University Executive Program. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Geographic Expeditions and on the San Francisco Council for Vital Voices. She also serves on the Advisory Boards for the Department on the Status of Women for the City and County of San Francisco and Professional Business Women of California.
